- There’s no guarantee your child won’t fall to sin one day
- Desperate to have a good family, we blame others... even demons
- There is no spirit of gambling, alcohol, divorce, cancer, etc... not in scripture; there is a spirit of lying, infirmity and fear
- Out of desperation for our family, we lean on something besides God’s holy word
- Everyone comes into the world under a curse... sin
- You will never conquer your flesh in your own power
- If we rely on what Christ gave us on the cross and live in the resurrection power of Jesus we’ve been made overcomers by His blood
- The genealogy of Jesus lists sinful people (Tamar who seduced Judah, etc.)
- Every family is full of sin but by the blood of Jesus we are saved
