Notes:
- Sin is not a mistake; it is a condition
- The greatest thing He has done for us is to deliver us from
sin
- Sin no longer reigns in my life; delivered from the power,
dominion, authority...
- Point of the Old Testament is to show our inability to keep the
laws of God
- Ministry of death replaced by the ministry of life
- The woman was called by Jesus before she was loosed of her
infirmity
- You don’t bring cigarettes, liquor, etc. to Jesus; you bring you
and you cannot come until you are called
- If a man falls into a well someone has to be lowered in to bring
them out
- Man fell; knows there is something better but can’t get there...
why many religions
- We do not understand the depths of sin
- He’ll save His people from sin; if He makes you free, you are
free indeed
- If saved, you do not want to sin; freedom in Christ is freedom to
live as you should
- You fluctuate within the kingdom, not in & out of the kingdom
- Prayer conditions us for what is; it is not for creating
something.
