- Jesus was not angry.  The only thing that upset Him was religion getting in between people and God.

- If you’re angry at this world, you are not filled with Jesus
- People are born in sin without a choice; it will be compassion to bring people to Jesus

- A holy God demands a holy life; if you could stop sinning you wouldn’t need a savior

- You will suffer but God has an planned end that is better than you can imagine
- Job survived without a Bible, spiritual friends, a church, Christian music... he had nothing but the grace of God brought him through
- You cannot figure God out; be careful passing judgement; your time is coming
- We don’t know how to handle others problems; we rebuke, cast out, speak against something God has allowed
- Worship, praise and pray... serve Him no matter what comes my way
- At some point you’ll have a theological crisis: a conflict of what you’ve known and what you’re hearing from God (as Abraham when God told him to kill Isaac-Abraham trusted God)
- God never contradicts Himself
- Joseph honored God yet went to prison; Job obeyed yet lost everything
- There are time I don’t have joy
- God uses physical infirmity to mature me
- God will take whatever He sees necessary and do in your life to work out self-confidence, arrogance of faith and build the brotherhood and edify the church

- Rejoice. Your reward in heaven is great; sometimes you must encourage yourself

- Christianity is a matter of knowing Jesus and obeying what He told us to do
- The fruit of the spirit is not individual fruits but one fruit with many attributes
- If you lack one part of the fruit then you lack them all
- We like to apply only parts of God’s Word but we must take all of Jesus and all of the Scripture to walk in obedience
- We mistake excitement for acceptance because we feel good (in church)
- People walking in sin but acting like Christians; there is a reason we live in defeat
- When divorce is common in the pulpit we have lost our authority to condemn the gay community

- While you are waiting do the right thing, be nice to people, do something spiritual
