- We don't belong here but must live among the sin, rebellion
- Tribulation is part of life
- Two kinds of peace: the world's peace that is temporary and the
Lord’s peace that gives hope when everything is upside down
- Sabra-naturally born Jew, also a plant prickly on outside and
sweet fruit on the inside; Peace comes wrapped in trouble
- By being thankful and joyous we tear into the peace of God
- Jesus brought peace to the disciples in times of trouble
- Don't let your heart be troubled; don't let them steal your
joy
- We cannot carry other people's burdens though we can bare
them
- We expect the worst in a situation, looking through the eyes of
man
- Only God can change, rebuild, restore and give peace
- In God's kingdom things must die before they can live
